We’re looking for a detail-oriented and well-organised individual who can ensure the smooth running of daily operations within our transport department and maintain essential compliance and vehicle records.
Salary: £27,400.00 per annum
We Are Looking For Applicants Who Have
- Experience in a similar administrative or transport role
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Excel, Dynamics AX
- A high level of attention to detail
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A good standard of spoken English
- Maintain accurate records for vehicle parts, service history, fuel usage, and MOT requirements
- Log and monitor vehicle faults and ensure timely reporting of defects or accidents
- Check and maintain valid driver licenses and insurance cover records
- Investigate and manage Penalty Charge Notices and accident reports
- Ensure compliance with DVSA and DVLA requirements and internal procedures
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and general administrative duties for the Transport Group
- Act as a central point of contact for both internal and external queries
- Keep up-to-date with legislative and environmental changes affecting the transport sector
- Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance in all administrative processes
