About The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for finding potential customers, initiating contact, understanding their needs, and closing sales, as well as dealing with existing customers' orders and needs. - Excellent Communication Skills – Strong listening, speaking, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
- Problem-Solving Ability – You can handle objections, find solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Confidence and Initiative – You take ownership of sales opportunities and drive results.
- Customer-Centric Approach – You understand customers’ needs and match them with the right products.
- Experience in Sales or Telesales – Previous experience in an outbound sales environment is highly desirable.
- Strong Computer Skills – Familiarity with Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Eligibility to Work in the UK – Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Input orders into the system for collection and delivery
- Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
- Generate sales through contact with prospective customers
- Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services
- Manage designated accounts
- Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Initiate sales leads in order to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets
- Generate sales through contact with prospective customers, acting as a sales representative when required
