Role Description This full-time on-site Production Architecture role is based in Las Vegas, NV. The position is responsible for translating conceptual and design intent into detailed construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and specifications for gaming and hospitality projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project architects, designers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy, code compliance, and integration of systems and structural solutions. The role involves reviewing and correcting drawings, managing document sets through various project phases, and supporting RFIs, submittals, and field changes during construction. The Production Architect will also participate in internal and client-facing meetings, communicate project status, and help maintain standards, quality, and consistency across deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience producing detailed construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration, ensuring building systems and design elements work cohesively.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear documentation, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and professional client interaction.
- Advanced skills in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, gaming, or commercial projects is a plus, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
