Role Description The Architect role at JIVE Architecture LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves leading and contributing to architectural design projects for gaming and hospitality properties, from conceptual development through construction documentation. The Architect will translate client requirements into functional, innovative, and code-compliant design solutions, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project quality and consistency. Daily tasks include preparing drawings and specifications, participating in design reviews, managing project timelines and deliverables, and responding to design-related inquiries during construction. The role also includes regular client interaction to clarify objectives, present design options, and support successful project outcomes aligned with JIVE’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including experience with hospitality or gaming projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, design tools, and coordination platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution; architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
