- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers for efficient product pickups and deliveries.
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Utilize company programs to create trip manifests and manage drivers' paperwork.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file relevant documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure effective service delivery.
- Engage with customers, addressing any inquiries they may have and providing exceptional support.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and data entry.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience in a related field or area.
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the transportation industry.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow pre-established guidelines.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt and respond to various types of personalities.
