We are seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Reps to join our team, This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, providing excellent service, and working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet clients, customers, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism, and efficiency to the right department
  • Respond to client inquiries via chat, phone and email with care, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, consultations and meetings
  • Make proactive calls to customers & prospects as directed to ensure customer satisfaction while promoting new/additional services.
  • Makes follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone and/or e-mail.
  • Tracks, prioritizes and coordinates requests for quotes and preparing proposals.
  • Provide answers to daily customer correspondence.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

- Comfortable talking with people daily

- Must be highly organized and can work independently.

Pay: $26.28 - $34.24 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
