Office Dispatch Position forJireh Transportation

Schedule: Split shift
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 1:00 PM–4:30 PM

Job Duties:

Answer phone calls from parents, schools, and school districts.
Respond to emails and assist with daily transportation concerns.
Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
Prepare and process incident reports with drivers and monitors.
Use Geotab to monitor routes and check drivers’ estimated arrival times (ETAs).
Communicate delays, route changes, and other important updates.
Provide general administrative support to ensure daily transportation operations run smoothly.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
