Jinkou Trading company, a fast-growing apparel startup seeking a detail-oriented Apparel Operations Assistant with experience using AIMS 360 software to join our team. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow across customer service, order management, production, and some logistical duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the design team to create, manage, and update product data.
- Collaborate with the owner to create, receive, and update vendor purchase orders in AIMS 360.
- Enter customer orders and communicate with sales and management about any problematic orders or shipments.
- Learn customer compliance and packaging requirements to ensure factories ship products correctly.
- Assist with production tracking, vendor communication, and scheduling incoming shipments with 3PL.
- Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and shipping of client orders.
- Generate reports for sales, inventory, and production using AIMS 360 tools.
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with AIMS 360 (AIMS 3360) software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to self-prioritize and work independently.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general computer literacy.
- Knowledge of apparel industry operations and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
