Position Title: Order Puller/Picker
Reports To: Jody Dale, Warehouse Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable order puller to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products. This position would be responsible for pulling cotton garments such as T-shirts, baby, toddler, and children’s clothing. This job requires constant walking. All applicants must be able to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming pick tickets, pull the specific style, color, size and quality of garment to complete the order. A map is attached to the pick ticket showing where the product is located.
- Locate products using technology.
- Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks.
- Wrap orders before loading on trucks.
- Tear down empty boxes in place in proper area
- Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
- Keep records of completed orders.
- Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
- Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as order picker or other warehouse position is preferred.
- Experience in RF devices
- Able to read and write in English
- Great attention to detail
- Diligent and punctual
- Ability to bend over or reach about your head.
- Good physical strength and stamina
- Hand-eye coordination
Compensation and Hours
- This position starts at $15 an hour
- Shifts begin 8:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.'
