Job Summary:
- Jinko ESS is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner focused on developing HR policies and researching benefits for employees for NAM, been part of the western team together with EU, Latam and MEA regions. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry standards, while also supporting our employees working both in-office and on-site during project installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of international HR practices to create and implement policies that enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop comprehensive HR policies tailored to the legal and cultural requirements of NAM (North America) Region.
- Analyze and benchmark employee benefits (healthcare, insurance, allowances, etc.) across multiple countries to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and regional HR teams to align policy implementation with company objectives and regional regulations.
- Draft and maintain HR manuals, employee handbooks, and benefit guides for both office-based and field employees.
- Support field staff involved in project installation, commissioning, and maintenance by addressing region-specific labor and benefit needs.
- Advise leadership on trends and risks in international employment practices and recommend proactive solutions.
- Ensure all HR policies and benefits programs are up-to-date and effectively communicated to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in international HR policy development and benefits analysis. (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in NAM, Federal and ideally from more than one State local labor laws.
- Experience with Unions.
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multicultural teams.
- Experience supporting both office-based and field personnel is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of legal requirements regarding safety, security and wellbeing at workplace.
