Pay: $55,000-$60,000.00
Location: Stewartville, MN
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, product growth, and retail success. This role blends creativity with coordination—supporting campaigns, managing content, assisting with promotions, and collaborating across teams to ensure marketing efforts are delivered on time and on brand.

Core responsibilities & Role Structure:
1. Brand & Content Support
- Assist in the creation and coordination of marketing content across digital, print, and in-store channels
- Support social media planning, posting, and content organization
- Help maintain brand consistency across all materials
2. Campaign & Project Coordination
- Support marketing calendar execution. This position will lead to managing our third party
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables for promotions and product launches
- Track marketing calendars and ensuring deadlines are met
3. Retail & Sales Support
- Assist with retail marketing materials, including sell sheets, POS signage, and promotional assets
- Coordinate materials for trade shows, demos, and sales presentations
- Partner with sales and operations teams to support retail initiatives
4. Analytics & reporting
- Pull monthly/quarterly performance reports:
- Social email metrics
- Retail media campaign recaps (from agencies)
- Basic sales/velocity dashboards from your broker/data.
- Turn it into a simple summary for leadership: what worked, what didn’t, what’s next.
5. Brand stewardship
- Be the internal brand cop: ensure correct logos, fonts, product names, and claims across everything.
- Keep a clean asset library: photo/video folders, template decks, POS files.
Qualifications·
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)·
- 1–3 years of marketing, coordination, or communications experience·
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once·
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills·
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) a plus·
- Experience in food, CPG, or retail marketing is a plus
