Position Overview:
As a Team Member at Baskin Robbins, you’ll be the face of our store, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that every visit is a delightful experience. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks from scooping ice cream to maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Scoop and serve ice cream and other products accurately according to company standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and process transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
- Must be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
