As a Crew Member, your responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Scooping and serving ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other treats with care and precision
- Assisting guests in choosing menu items and answering questions about flavors and products
- Operating the register and handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, service area, and dining space
- Restocking supplies and rotating inventory as needed
- Supporting team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required – we provide full training!
