Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person catering marketing and food sampling at local businesses and organizations
- Build relationships with office managers, event coordinators, schools, and hospitals
- Promote catering menus, specials, and large-order options
- Generate new catering leads and convert them into orders
- Coordinate with store management for smooth execution of catering orders
- Track outreach activity and report results to management
- Represent the brand professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable working independently and outside the store
- Sales, marketing, or hospitality experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
