Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards and presentation expectations
- Support the setup and breakdown of service stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment
- Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols
- Support banquet or special event catering as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or banquet operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Kitchen or culinary experience is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
