Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, toasters, slicers, and food prep stations safely and efficiently.
• Manage customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely service.
• Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and process cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, upselling menu items, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
