As Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, support your staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain a strong knowledge of ski and snowboard rental/repair systems, procedures, and equipment.
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and adherence to resort standards.
- Provide accurate resort information and assist guests with questions about services and amenities.
- Monitor team performance, using guest and staff feedback to enhance service quality.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and fairly, balancing the best interests of all parties.
- Support your team by ensuring necessary tools, supplies, and materials are available when needed.
- Manage staffing levels to meet business demands while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion of preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, such as fire alarms, accidents, or lost/stolen equipment reports.
- Uphold the safety and security of both staff and guests at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming rental shop environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Guest-focused with strong customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and prepared to work scheduled shifts
- Professional in both appearance and demeanor
- Safety-conscious and attentive to detail
- Available to work weekends and holidays
