As a vital part of mountain operations, you’ll work overnight (3rd shift) with opportunities for both seasonal full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Safely and professionally operate grooming machines to maintain high-quality ski and snowboard surfaces.
- Spread snow, fill thin areas, and ensure trails are consistently groomed for the best possible conditions.
- Coordinate with Ski Patrol and management on trail plans, ensuring trails are ready by opening time.
- Complete accurate operating logs at the end of each shift.
- Prior experience with heavy equipment is helpful but not required—we provide training.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to remain focused and comfortable while operating grooming equipment for extended periods.
