Motorsports Technician – State Inspection Licensed

We are looking for an experienced Motorsports Technician who takes pride in quality work, understands the powersports lifestyle, and is ready to work on some of the industry’s top brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Suzuki, and Yamaha.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and UTVs
- Complete engine, suspension, electrical, and drivetrain repairs
- Perform Missouri State Inspections and maintain proper documentation
- Use diagnostic tools and service manuals efficiently
- Communicate repair needs clearly with service advisors and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with accessory installation and performance upgrades
- Ensure all repairs are completed to dealership and manufacturer standards
Requirements
- Previous motorsports technician experience required
- Missouri State Inspection License required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with powersports brands preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Own tools preferred
