Automotive Technician – Pre-Owned Department

Jim Trenary Automotive Group is currently seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to support our expanding pre-owned vehicle business. As our pre-owned sales continue to grow, we are adding experienced technicians who can confidently service a wide range of makes and models.
Position Overview
This position focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing pre-owned vehicles to ensure quality and reliability for our customers. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple brands and vehicle types.
Requirements
- Experience working on all makes and models
- Missouri State Inspection and Emissions License required
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 40-hour work week
- No weekends required
Compensation
- Competitive pay plan with an efficiency bonus up to $8.00 per hour
- Efficiency bonus applies back to hour one
- Stable workload with growing pre-owned inventory
