Dean Team Volvo, a family-owned dealership with over 40 years of success in the St. Louis area, is hiring a New / Pre-owned Car Sales Associate to join our high-performing team. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right new Volvo vehicle based on their needs and preferences
• Provide a premium customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
• Conduct test drives and present features, pricing, and financing options
• Manage internet leads and phone inquiries using our CRM and BDC systems
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to build long-term relationships
• Stay up to date on new Volvo models, technology, and competitive offerings
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Prior experience with BDC and managing internet leads is highly valued
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must pass background and drug screening

Compensation:

• $40,000–$250,000 annually, based on performance
• Weekly draw checks, commissions, and monthly bonuses
