The Service Appointment Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to scheduling the maintenance and service of vehicles.
Who would I interact with?
- This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with Clients, as well as direct interaction with Service Advisors, Service Managers, and Technicians, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Interact with clients on the phone via inbound/outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist in client requests to schedule service appointments accurately and as stated by clients or service personnel, answer questions, offer value of doing business.
- Build an amiable relationship with our clients.
- Log client information and purify database.
- Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8am -4:30pm
- 40 hour per week

Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
- Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
