Description
Function- Sales
Efficiently helps customers choose parts and provides internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality services
- Provides customers with information about accessory parts and specials
- Answers telephone calls, indicates prices and provides any other information
- When answering incoming calls, adopts a strategy that focuses on selling parts and or/ arranging appointments.
Requirements
Must be over 18
Must have a valid drivers license
Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
Possess phone skills for both employee and customer interactions
Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs
Be organized, professional and courteous
