What You’ll Do
As Parts Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth, efficient, and profitable parts operation:
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and motivate the Parts Department team
- Maintain inventory levels and special orders to consistently achieve a 90% fill rate
- Ensure all factory pricing, policies, and training requirements are met
- Oversee accurate parts invoicing and manage parts returns
- Maintain and reconcile parts inventory within CDK
- Manage and optimize the Parts Bin system
- Keep the department clean, organized, and operating at peak efficiency

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Mazda parts department experience required
- Strong knowledge of parts pricing and inventory systems
- CDK experience required
- Solid computer and digital skills
- Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a successful team
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
