What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with customers with subprime or non-prime credit to secure auto financing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of subprime lenders and finance companies.
- Analyze credit applications, structure deals, and present financing options that meet both customer needs and lender guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage and nurture special finance leads from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all financing practices comply with federal, state, and dealership policies.
- Drive consistent growth in special finance volume and report on deal metrics and pipeline activity.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, honest, and respectful communication.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive special finance or a related F&I role (2–3 years preferred).
- Deep understanding of subprime finance programs, credit bureaus, and lender criteria.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers rebuild credit.
- Experience with automotive CRM and DMS platforms (Dealertrack, RouteOne, etc.).
- Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude.
- Commitment to ethical and compliant finance practices.
