Responsibilities:
- We want to provide a first-class car shopping experience to our valued customers.
- Build relationships and create customers for life
- Assist customers in selecting new/used vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
- Explain product features, performance, and benefits to each customer.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
- Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) Grow Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
- Remain up to date on all products, market trends, and certifications.

Requirements
- Must have Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Must be able to pass a prescreen background and drug test
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong Customer service and negotiation expertise
- Available to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays
Salary : $60,000 - $200,000
