About the Role:
As our Automotive Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the sales department—managing by walking around, leading with enthusiasm, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture. You’ll be expected to close deals, coach your team in real time, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively lead and support the sales team throughout the day—not from behind a desk
- Be involved in every stage of the deal—from greeting to close
- Drive performance through hands-on coaching, accountability, and energy
- Manage and optimize digital retailing tools and online deal workflows
- Ensure timely follow-up and engagement through CRM and digital platforms
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and process improvement

- Prior automotive sales management experience
- Strong CRM and inventory management skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Availability for days, evenings, and Saturdays
