Jim's Smokin' Que is hiring for a Smokehouse Crew Member. The ideal candidate will be organized, timely, and support our team in daily operations.
Jim's Smokin' Que is a high volume BBQ restaurant with nation wide accolades, soon to be open seven days a week. This position would be full-time and may require weekend and weekday availability. Pay is very competitive based on experience and performance. Other benefits include free meals while working, uniforms, flexible scheduling and paid training.
This job entails, working directly with the General Manager to set pars for food ordering, inventory, stocking, overseeing the quality cooking process, prep, and food rotation. This is a hands on job and the ideal candidate would work alongside the restaurant team in performing all required tasks. A general schedule would include weekday prep and partial or full days as needed to keep up with growing demand. Schedule could be determined based on availability, and a set schedule would be established.
Candidate must already possess or be willing to get servsafe certification. Position requires significant standing, walking, and lifting. Ability to plan, forecast, count and track significant amounts of data is required. Smokehouse Crew member must be a team player and desire to be a part of the team, pitch in as needed, and be able to adapt to change easily.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
