We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operational activities, maintain accurate account and order management, and help ensure seamless communication across departments. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven agricultural business.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and proficiently manage accounts in required platforms with minimal supervision.
- Provide analytical and advisory data, both individually and on project teams, supporting company projects and initiatives.
- Maintain reports and databases required for daily operations, including seasonally specific data by commodity.
- Cross-departmental assistance during peak seasons or high-priority situations to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business or applicable discipline with at least 2 years relevant business experience OR
- Associate's degree in agriculture, business or applicable discipline with at least 4 years business experience OR
- High School diploma with at least 6 years business experience or equivalent.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to apply sound judgement
- Customer service skills
- Multi-tasking, organizational, planning, prioritizing, and time management skills, as well as the ability to be adaptable
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to be dependable, work independently, be a self-starter, and stand firm on decisions while maintaining approachability

- Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
