Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage customers in the service lane to discuss vehicle value and upgrade opportunities
- Use SkiaVision and internal tools to identify acquisition opportunities in real time
- Build rapport quickly and position our dealership as the easiest place to sell or trade a vehicle
- Work closely with sales and service teams to convert opportunities into purchases
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and follow-up
- Strong communicator with natural confidence approaching customers
- Sales mindset with the ability to influence and close
- Tech-savvy and able to use CRM and engagement tools effectively
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Increased vehicle acquisitions directly from service lane interactions
- High engagement rates with customers both in-person and digitally

- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Physical Requirements
- The physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity.
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
- Constant - Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing.
- Frequent - Repetitive motion.
- Occasional - Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20 lbs.
- This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
