Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial and fleet customers to build a strong book of business
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to assess client operational needs, upfitting requirements, and budget considerations
- Present customized Isuzu fleet solutions, including chassis configurations, body applications, and financing options
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Isuzu commercial truck models, specifications, upfit options, warranties, and fleet programs
- Coordinate with upfitters, finance departments, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
- Conduct professional product demonstrations focused on payload capacity, fuel efficiency, durability, and cost of ownership
- Follow up consistently with fleet clients to ensure repeat and referral business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial industry developments
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities
- Bring a high-energy, solutions-oriented mindset to work every day
- Previous automotive, commercial truck, or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong prospecting and account development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
