What You’ll Do
As a Sales Professional, you’ll guide customers through the entire vehicle buying experience—from first conversation to final delivery.
- Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Build relationships through in-person, phone, and online leads
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Explain vehicle features, trims, financing options, and warranties
- Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of customers
- Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver a smooth experience
- Stay up to date on Chevrolet & GMC inventory, features, and promotions
What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring fast, so attitude and work ethic matter more than experience.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and mobile app skills (CRM, texting customers, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Sales experience is a plus—but not required (we train the right people)
