As a Shipping & Receiving Parts Person, you’ll play a key role in keeping our parts department organized, efficient, and ready to support our technicians, customers, and dealerships every day. From receiving and processing parts to assisting customers and keeping inventory stocked, you’ll help keep our entire operation moving.

Schedule:
Tuesday–Friday: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Closed Sundays

What You'll Do:

As a Shipping & Receiving Parts Team Member, you’ll help keep our parts operation running smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Receive and process daily parts orders
• Process manufacturer returns and claims
• Handle warranty scrap and core returns
• Assist retail customers at the parts counter
• Support technicians at the shop counter
• Provide exceptional service to both external customers and internal associates
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions
• Help grow the retail parts business through customer service and marketing efforts
• Restock shelves and maintain displays throughout the dealership
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and professional
• Help ensure parts are properly handled, organized, and readily available
• Perform other duties that support the growth and success of the retail parts department

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be at least 18 years of age to drive for the company
• Ability to safely lift and move parts and other objects
• Up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Up to 30 lbs. frequently
• Up to 10 lbs. constantly
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, organized, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment
