We are adding a Licensed Electrician to support residential and light commercial electrical work associated with HVAC, plumbing, equipment upgrades, and other home-service projects. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot electrical issues, complete safe and code-compliant installations, coordinate inspections, and work effectively with technicians from multiple trades. This is an opportunity to help build and shape the company's electrical capabilities within an established service organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial electrical issues.
• Install and replace circuits, wiring, disconnects, breakers, panels, controls, and related components.
• Complete electrical work supporting HVAC systems, water heaters, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
• Read plans, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders.
• Test completed work for proper and safe operation.
• Ensure all work complies with the Massachusetts Electrical Code and applicable local requirements.
• Support required permitting and inspection processes within the scope of the employee's license and responsibilities
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers and team members.
• Maintain accurate records and clean, organized work areas.
• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing technicians to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License required; Master Electrician License is a plus.
• Relevant residential and/or light commercial electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.
• Experience supporting HVAC or other mechanical systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, as permitted by applicable law
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across trades.
• Must be able to commute to Taunton, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $30-$55 per hour, based on license level, experience, and demonstrated ability.
• Company vehicle provided for work-related travel.
• Employer-sponsored health insurance available to eligible full-time employees, with the company covering 50% of the premium.
