We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, completing quality work, and treating customers with honesty and respect. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment while clearly explaining your findings and recommended solutions. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a skilled technician who can work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, tune-ups, safety checks, and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air systems, mini-splits, and related equipment.
• Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly and honestly to customers.
• Identify legitimate replacement or upgrade opportunities without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Complete accurate service records, invoices, and required paperwork; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area and service vehicle.
• Follow company procedures and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, typically approximately one week every six weeks. 

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC service experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements. 
• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, as permitted by applicable law 
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Oil burner, refrigeration, sheet metal, plumbing, or other relevant trade licenses are a plus.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Must be able to commute to Taunton, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Pay: $30-$55 per hour, based on experience, licenses, and demonstrated ability.
• 2% commission on the sale price of qualifying equipment sales generated through your service calls 
• Company vehicle provided for work-related travel. 
• Employer-sponsored health insurance available to eligible full-time employees, with the company covering 50% of the premium.
