As a wholesale parts representative, you are one of the most critical members of our team. You help to grow our business and our presence in the community. This is accomplished by being knowledgeable about our products and services, having the experience to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, and being dependable in a manner which supports our team and our customers.
As our team strives to deliver on our vision of “building lasting relationships”, the wholesale parts representative is the corner stone of that promise. They are the first point of contact for our installer partners in our community and are a integral part of helping provide mobility for our fleet and commercial customers. In order to provide first in class service to our community, we expect: a candidate some advanced education, we prefer two-five years of automotive knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual preferred), strong computer skills, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a clean DMV record, a professional appearance, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.

Responsibilities
- Calls on current customer base on a regular schedule
- Cultivates new customers on a regular basis
- Fulfills each customer's order to perfection and suggests additional add-on items
- Maintains accurate sales documentation
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all products, accessories, and enhancements
- Works as part of a team member on the wholesale team
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Automotive & parts knowledge
- Two years of sales experience a plus (any industry)
- Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Excellent customer service focus, especially over the phone
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, staff, vendors, and others
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet
- A clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
