We’re looking for a Content and Community Specialist to join our in-house marketing team at Jim Burke Ford Lincoln. This is a hands-on creative role focused primarily on the Ford and Lincoln brands, with opportunities to collaborate across other divisions. You’ll design marketing materials, create engaging content, and support events that connect people to our brands, while also assisting with various marketing requests that help keep projects moving. We’re looking for a Content and Community Specialist to join our in-house marketing team at Jim Burke Ford Lincoln. This is a hands-on creative role focused primarily on the Ford and Lincoln brands, with opportunities to collaborate across other divisions. You’ll design marketing materials, create engaging content, and support events that connect people to our brands, while also assisting with various marketing requests that help keep projects moving. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creative Production: Develop and produce marketing materials including graphics, flyers, digital assets, and other visuals that reflect brand standards and dealership initiatives.
- Social Media & Content Creation: Capture and post engaging content for Ford and Lincoln’s social platforms using photos, short videos, and stories that highlight our people, products, and community presence.
- Marketing Support: Partner with various departments to fulfill creative and marketing requests such as signage, promotional materials, apparel, and other projects that support day-to-day dealership operations.
- Event Support: Assist with planning, setup, and coverage for dealership and community events throughout the year.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and cross-brand cooperation.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain brand consistency and professionalism across all creative work.
- 2–5 years of marketing, design, or creative production experience (automotive or retail industry experience a plus).
- Strong design skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Expert understanding of social media platforms and current content trends, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience capturing and editing photo/video content using smartphones or professional cameras; comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working on a Mac OS platform.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Website content management (WordPress, HTML, CSS) experience a plus.
- Campaign analytics experience a plus.
