Jim Baier, INC has been a Fort Madison, IA cornerstone since Jim and Linda Baier came here in 1971. Today Jim Baier, Inc has grown to sell new Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles as well as offering nice pre-owned vehicles. We are still owned and operated by the Baier Family. Jim and Linda's Son Jamie runs the dealership and has since 1999. He strives to create and maintain a family atmosphere with the utmost commitment to ethics and honesty.
We offer a starting income guarantee of $42000 per year plus a great benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, paid time off and 401k options. We pay commission and bonuses and if you work hard you can earn more than double this amount! Top performers in our store make over $150000 per year. We also make all this happen with an industry low 45 hours per week.
We will train you the right way to sell cars. We are LOW/ NO pressure and always tell the truth and follow through with the promises we make. This is how we have been successful for almost 60 years.
