We're looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Customer Experience Coordinator to become the voice of our company. This is much more than a receptionist position—you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every customer while helping our business continue to grow.

What You'll DoCustomer Service- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Schedule plumbing service appointments using our scheduling software.
- Respond to customer questions by phone, text, and email.
- Help customers understand our process and what to expect.
- Contact customers regarding outstanding estimates.
- Follow up after completed jobs to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.
- Request Google reviews from happy customers.
- Help build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back.
During slower periods, you'll help us continue growing by:
- Assisting with social media content.
- Helping with email marketing campaigns.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information.
- Tracking estimate follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with various office and administrative projects.
We're looking for someone who:

- Medical or dental offices
