You will perform a comprehensive inspection on every vehicle. You will educate and advise each customer on their specific vehicle needs. Perform a Quality Inspection on each vehicle and ensure the customer will be 100% satisfied. Process payment and the customer invoice information and ensure they leave happy and want to come back to see you again and again. A successful Jiffy Lube technician:. Enjoys face to face contact and provides great customer service.. Is Enthusiastic and High Energy. Loves being part of a team and winning as a team. Enjoys Hands-on work.
