Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning (Full-Time)
Location: Camden, New Jersey
Schedule: 4pm - 12am (midnight) Monday-Friday

This position is ideal for a strong team leader who takes pride in high-quality work, organization, and communication. The Supervisor ensures cleaning teams meet company standards and client expectations while maintaining a positive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning associates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Conduct routine site inspections and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Train, motivate, and coach team members to uphold company policies and procedures.
- Maintain schedules, manage attendance, and adjust staffing as needed to meet workload demands.
- Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and that equipment is maintained properly.
- Respond to client inquiries and communicate updates clearly and professionally.
- Step in to assist with cleaning duties when necessary to maintain service standards.
- Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with all company and client safety protocols.
- Complete reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and supply usage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facility, or building services preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a calm, solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites as needed.
- Comfortable working evenings and some weekends.
- Computer literacy (email, scheduling software, and basic reporting).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
