Studio Operations Coordinator

JIA JIA | Westlake Village, CA | Full-Time, On-Site

At JIA JIA, we create fine jewelry and luxury home objects inspired by the beauty and energy of natural gemstones. Our products are carried by some of the world's leading luxury retailers, and we're entering an exciting phase of growth as we build our new headquarters in Westlake Village.

We're looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our growing team.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who loves creating order, building systems, and keeping things running smoothly. You'll work closely with our founder and team to manage the day-to-day flow of our studio, warehouse, inventory, production, and fulfillment operations.

• Own the organization and day-to-day management of our studio and warehouse
• Organize and manage inventory across our fine jewelry and growing home collections
• Receive, inspect, barcode, label, and properly store incoming inventory
• Maintain an organized warehouse system so every product is easy to locate, track, and access
• Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and internal systems
• Coordinate production orders from manufacturing through delivery
• Communicate with manufacturing partners and vendors to track orders, timelines, and outstanding needs
• Perform quality control on fine jewelry and home products
• Prepare and coordinate wholesale and ecommerce shipments
• Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, including larger and heavier home products
• Help manage the day-to-day operational needs of the studio
• Develop, document, and improve inventory, warehouse, production, and fulfillment processes
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement better systems as the company grows

• 2–5 years of experience in studio operations, inventory, production, warehouse management, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain
• Experience with luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, home goods, or premium consumer products is a plus
• Experience organizing and maintaining physical inventory or warehouse systems strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning systems such as Shopify, Airtable, and inventory management software
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish

$30–35/hour, depending on experience

Full-time, on-site in Westlake Village, CA

This role has significant opportunity for growth as JIA JIA expands, with the potential to develop into a Studio Operations Manager or Operations Manager position.
