We are entering a major growth phase and are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help scale the business through creative storytelling, performance marketing, and content-driven customer acquisition.
Our goal is to triple the business, and this role will be instrumental in building the growth engine to make that happen.
The Role
This is a hands-on hybrid role combining paid media strategy, organic social growth, and content creation. The ideal candidate understands both data-driven performance marketing and visual storytelling.
You will own the full creative and acquisition pipeline—from concepting content to launching ads to scaling winning campaigns.
Responsibilities
Paid Media
- Manage and scale Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns
- Build and execute creative testing frameworks
- Analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER)
- Identify and scale winning ad creatives
- Optimize campaigns to drive profitable growth
Organic Social
- Develop and execute Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
- Plan and publish consistent short-form video and social content
- Identify trends and formats that resonate with our audience
- Build brand awareness and engagement organically
Creative Production
- Concept and produce short-form video content for ads and social
- Shoot product and storytelling content
- Edit video content for paid and organic channels
- Collaborate with founders and team to develop brand narratives
Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a roadmap to significantly scale revenue
- Build a creative testing pipeline for continuous ad iteration
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with email, partnerships, and brand teams
Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience in performance or growth marketing
- Experience managing Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns
- Strong content creation and video editing skills
- Experience producing short-form video for social and ads
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into creative strategy
- Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Jewelry, luxury, beauty, or fashion brands
- Creative strategy for high-end or storytelling-driven products
