This is a full-time role, 36 hours a week. Hours may be flexible however, at least one weekend day shift and closing shift will be required weekly.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver a personalized, elevated experience in a fast-paced environment.
Manage inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism.
Proactively book appointments to optimize the guest experience and schedule flow.
Confidently educate guests on services, treatments, memberships and offerings.
Seamlessly coordinate schedules across providers(Aestheticians and Injectors) and locations.
Address inquiries with discretion, escalating when needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed client profiles.
Communicate with support staff across all locations to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
Support leadership with additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
2 years in customer service, call center, sales, or high-volume scheduling.
Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills.
Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace and scheduling platforms.
Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail.
Efficient in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
Team-oriented and solution-focused.
Aesthetics experience or license a plus, not required.
High school diploma required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.

Compensation:
$18.00/hr with discretionary bonuses (up to $22/hr potential)
