ARMI is seeking an entry level candidate to join our phase-appropriate process development and cell therapy manufacturing team. The successful candidate will accurately follow detailed instructions and established procedures with frequent supervision. Your Role
- Perform general cleanroom housekeeping, including cleaning of rooms and equipment, disposal of waste, and other lab "chores"
- Assist Operations staff with material receipt and storage needs
- Accurately follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
- Document all activities in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
- Recognize deviations from the intended procedures and escalate as appropriate
- Proactively identify safety and quality improvements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office systems
- Commitment to quality, scientific integrity, and company mission
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative cross-functional approach
- Cleanroom laboratory environment with exposure to biologics, chemical reagents, and analytical instruments
- Shift: Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 10-hour days
- Some holiday coverage may be necessary
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
