CUI Cable is experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a driven, strategic, and people-focused Telecommunications Operations Manager to lead our field operations and customer delivery teams. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, developing talent, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop teams across multiple functions, including field technicians, installation specialists, dispatchers, and administrative support personnel.
Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Execution & Performance Management
Oversee daily field operations, ensuring high-quality installations, service delivery, and customer experience.
Provide real-time monitoring and performance reporting for branch activities, using standardized processes, metrics, and resource management tools.
Maintain operational dashboards to track productivity, KPIs, budgets, and workforce utilization.
Project & Resource Management
Coordinate and manage both internal labor and subcontractors across projects of varying size and complexity.
Review field-generated data, documentation, and installation records for accuracy and compliance.
Support fleet management operations, ensuring vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, tracked, and utilized.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a key liaison between field operations, internal departments, and external customers.
Ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication between teams, leadership, and clients.
Build strong relationships that support branch performance, customer satisfaction, and market growth.
People & Workforce Development
Recruit, onboard, and train installation technicians and administrative staff to support operational scaling.
Manage workforce scheduling across multiple sites to optimize coverage and efficiency.
Provide coaching and development opportunities that elevate team capability and long-term performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Telecommunications or cable industry experience required; experience with Comcast strongly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible operations leadership in telecommunications, construction, utility, or related field.
Proven success in managing field operations, leading diverse teams, and driving measurable performance outcomes.
Strong understanding of operational metrics, budget oversight, and resource coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
