Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Walkertown, NC. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, project timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, communicating effectively with stakeholders, expediting materials and resources, conducting inspections, and mitigating risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution
- Experience with Expediting tasks to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Strong skills in Inspection and quality assurance to meet industry standards and project requirements
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate supply chains and project resources effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in Design-Build commercial construction is preferred
