delivery of safe, high-quality care Ensure compliance with clinical
policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Monitor staffing

outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident
care and outcomes Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments,
and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback
to nursing staff What You\'ll Need: High school education or equivalent
Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing Minimum
of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in
a supervisory or leadership role Excellent clinical assessment,
communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to lead by
example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment
Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
