- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Monitor staffing effectiveness and quality metrics, including CMS Nursing Home Compare outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care and outcomes
- Review and oversee resident care plans, assessments, and documentation, while providing mentorship and performance feedback to nursing staff
- High school education (required)
- Current, active Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment
