- Greet and assist prospective and current residents, family members, and visitors
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Deliver flyers, mail, and packages, and provide support to vendors
- Assist residents with daily inquiries and routine needs
- Support Ruth’s House staff with various tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency with computers and common software applications
